The Anniversary Edition: Floodgate was part of a four-set series known as the Anniversary Edition (AE). These sets were released to commemorate the 10 Year Anniversary of Halo: Combat Evolved. The series included the AE: UNSC Troop Pack, the AE: UNSC Spartan II, the AE: UNSC Warthog and the AE: Floodgate.
The Anniversary Edition series was a Toys R Us Exclusive.
This set is based on the sixth campaign level of Halo 3 entitled "Floodgate." All the items included in this set from the brown structure, the yellow cart, the flamethrower, the flood and even the orange cones can be found on this level. The seen takes place inside and around a Traxus manufacturing plant.

This set included three flood infection forms, one combat elite combat form, one UNSC Marine combat form with parts to switch him to a non-infected Marine, one non-infected Marine and one green Spartan II.

The six-wheeled cart is a small human ground vehicle first introduced in Halo 3 as a static prop and later made drivable in Halo: Reach.
