A New Audiobook from Waypoint
The team at Waypoint have released a new audiobook today. At just under 30 minutes, its more like a short story than book. But this morsel of Halo lore gives a peek into Noble Team before their deployment to Reach. For this mission the team consists of Carter, Kat, Jun, Jorge, Thom and Rosenda. That's right guys... Thom-A293 and Rosenda-A344 are in this one.
For those that don't know, Thom and Rosenda were meant to be a part of the team during Halo: Reach, but were written out of the story for brevity sake, if I'm not mistaken. Thom however does make an appearance in the "Deliver Hope" video. He is the Spartan that deliver the bomb (ie Hope) to the Covenant Super Carrier.
Although the story is very short, I feel they could have done a little bit more character development on Thom and Rosenda. The story seems to focus on them but does not really give us a lot about the two Spartans. But as I reflect on

how story ends, I wonder if 343 is setting a story line centered around Rosenda. As a matter of fact, I am calling it here and now. A story line centered around Rosenda and she gets an action figure Mega Halo Heroes 18 or 19. HINT HINT HINT!!!
I have no inside connections with 343 or Mega. Those comments are just wishful thinking from a fan. But would be awesome if she got a three part story arch that ended with her leading a team of Spartans or an instructor at the The Avery J. Johnson Academy of Military Science.
