Although it is common to call all NCO's in the Army and the Marine Corp sergeant, once an individual has reached the rank of Sergeant Major (E-9), it is standard military courtesy to always call them Sergeant Major.
This is Mega's sixth version of Avery Johnson.
In reality most military dress white uniforms are worn with white gloves.
