The green Air Assault Spartan was issued a second Air Assault helmet without the CNM module, one assault rifle v2, two frag grenades and one jetpack.
This Spartan was issued with two helmets. The extra helmet on the left was molded without the Command Network Module (CNM), is a darker green and has different paint apps on the top and back of the of the helmet.
There are several types of CNM's in Halo. Mega does not specify which module this is intended to represent, but it seems to match the STARLIGHT variant shown in picture 2 in the gallery below.
