From 2009 to 2011 Mega Bloks release a series of Magnetic Figures as part of the Authentic Collector's Series. The set included several Spartans, Flame Marines and ODST's of various colors. The figures where approximately 9 inches tall and where mostly held together by magnates.

The packaging pictured below (left) is often seen in advertising but is only promotional art work. This outer cardboard box was never printed as seen below (left). The final printed packaging (right) is slightly different with several graphic elements removed or changed. The final packaging did not have smoke behind the Spartan, the text in the upper right hand corner was changed to a graphic element, the elements behind the 2 sets of armor was removed and one of the 3 hexagons was removed from the lower right hand corner.
Based on the original artwork it appears the set was to include one energy sword, one MA5 Assault Rifle and one M7 submachine gun. The final product included 3 Spartans, one energy sword and one MA5 Assault Rifle. The M7 was removed for set...reason unknown.
